Are you planning to attend the event in-person or online? All in-person attendees are required to wear masks at all indoor areas.  [As of Oct. 30, 2021, registration for on-site attendance to the event has closed. Are you attending the tour at AERPAW's Lake Wheeler Field Labs on November 9? We will have demonstration for drone experiments and there will be a shuttle available to/from the event venue. If the weather conditions prevent drone flights, this demo will be replaced by live recordings and discussion of AERPAW drone/wireless experiments at the main event venue (Talley Student Union).

Are you planning to attend one of the three hands-on AERPAW training sessions on November 10? All the three training sessions are meant to be identical, and each attendee, if interested, can hence only attend one such session at maximum. Each session will involve logging into AERPAW portal, defining a basic experiment, and accessing the AERPAW cloud resources to run an emulation experiment (with a fixed node and a portable node that involves SDRs and a drone) over virtual resources. We are planning to limit the number of attendees at each training sessions to ~20. There will be a parallel track that you may join if you are not attending a training session at a given time. If you are interested in joining a training session, you will be notified by the organizers if and when the training session will be available on Nov. 10th. If capacity is exceeded, the priority for training sessions will be given to PAWR consortium members and AERPAW lead users.
