JFREJ Leadership Development Organizer Application **Please read intro!!**
At Jews for Racial & Economic Justice, we are working to increase equity and transparency in hiring.

At this step, we want to know more about the full range of experiences, strengths, and skills you bring to the role than we want to see a resume of specific stepping stones, which can impact an initial hiring pool because of access to internships, fellowships, colleges, and other opportunities influenced by race, gender, disability, sexuality, etc. If you proceed to following rounds, we will likely ask for more background information including resumes and references. The right person for this role may not have every qualification, but they can demonstrate they have built the skills and qualities we are looking for (see the cover letter section for more info) in a role that shares these features.

In addition, while we ask for your name and contact information, those reviewing for the first round of interviews will have these applications anonymized to further reduce hiring bias.

JFREJ is an equal opportunity employer; for all employment opportunities, people of color, Sephardic and Mizrahi Jews, women and GNC people, people with disabilities, immigrants, LGBTQIA+, and people who live or have lived in poverty are strongly encouraged to apply.
