Please complete this form if you wish to grant permission for your child(ren) to not take our BRSD bus home from an off-site extracurricular event such as an Away Game.  This form will need to be completed for EACH day/event. All forms must be completed PRIOR to the event taking place so that all parties involved can approve the travel release.
