1:1 Online Coaching Application
Hey there, squash player! 

So... you're interested in improving your squash performance. Awesome! 

Depending on your goals, this might look like:
  • getting stronger
  • reducing injury risk
  • feeling fitter
  • less tired in your matches
  • being more confident in your movement-
  • or all the above! 
Having your very own online training program that's customized to your schedule, abilities, and goals, is the fastest, most efficient way to reach your goals. In other words, you can STOP wasting time and unnecessary energy piecing together random workouts, and START doing sessions that will complement your game! 

By training online, you'll get:
- Clear on your goals, and what you need to do to reach them
- A customized training program, completely tailored to your abilities and goals as both a squash player and athlete
- Communication with me for ongoing support and accountability 

How does it work? (Hint: it couldn't be easier!)

 1. After filling out this application, I'll reach out to you and schedule a brief video call, where we'll go over your training history, goals, and lifestyle, and get to know each other! 

2. Then, I'll create your custom training plan & workouts/sessions, and program them into the Trainerize app. Treat this as your training diary! When you complete sessions, I'll be able to see your weights/reps/times, and communicate with you directly through the app. This way, I stay up to date on your training on a daily basis!

3. Every 4-6 weeks, we'll have a call to go over your progress from the previous program, and to plan for the next phase of training. We'll take into account everything that's going on in your life (school, work, tournaments, etc), and will adjust the training focus as needed (more solo hitting? more ghosting? less on-court time? more strength training? shorter sessions?). 

Is online training as effective as in-person?

In my experience, if you're a self-motivated person who has a clear goal in mind, online training can be even more effective than traditional in-person training. Why? Because instead of just seeing you 1x/week for 45-60 minutes, I can help you train and make progress every single day if you want to. It also allows me to have insight into your entire training process- both on and off court- so we can schedule your personalized sessions around your squash games, practices, and tournaments.  

The truth is, if you want to make progress, 1x/week in the gym/solo hitting/ghosting isn't going to move the needle. By having your entire week (and month!) planned out for you, all you have to do is show up, press start, and train. (Then drop a comment in the workout and let me know how it went! 😊).
