Pride in Business is a student organization whose purpose is to create an inclusive environment to continue the mission of the College of Business to drive discovery, create opportunity and empower individuals to lead the future of business. This group promotes the spirit of diversity, inclusivity and trust in allowing people to show up as their full, authentic selves. The main objective is to serve as a community for all out and allied students passionate about advocating for the LGBTQIA+ community and creating a space to discuss successes and challenges facing the community in the business environment. Meetings serve a purpose to provide information and encouragement to members through speakers, mentorship, networking events and social events.
