By submitting an abstract, you agree to the following:
  • To permit RIFMA to publish your abstract and associated materials to the conference webpage
  • Your abstract and conference poster do not violate any copyright infringements
  • Acceptance of your abstract does not constitute endorsement by RIFMA of its content or the content of your poster
  • You release RIFMA from any and all liability associated with your abstract and your conference poster
  • You indemnify and hold harmless RIFMA of and from any and all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgments, including attorneys' fees and costs, to the extent caused by or arising out of or relating to the content in the abstract and final poster
