Chesapeake Jubilee Fall Craft Market November 2, 2019

The 4th Annual Chesapeake Jubilee Fall Craft Market will be held at Chesapeake City Park on Saturday November 2, 2019 from 10am-4pm. The event will be held rain or shine but if we cancel due to severe weather the rain date will be Sunday November 3, 2019.
The booth/space area is approximately 10’ by 10’. No electricity will be provided. You are responsible to bring your own tent, table and chairs.
The fee is $125 per 10X10 space. You can pay via Paypal (we will send the link upon approval) or via check or money order by mail. No refunds will be given after October 18, 2019. Spaces are first come first serve and the layout will be determined by the Chesapeake Jubilee Committee.
Set up is from 8am-10am on the day of the event Saturday November 2nd and please be ready to sell by 10am. We will once again give you the opportunity to check in and stage tables, tents, etc. the night before Friday November 1st and provide overnight security. More vendor information to follow.
Limits per Direct Selling Company may be in place so but please register and you will be notified of your acceptance into the show. If not accepted, you will be place on the wait list in case of cancellation.
Please submit this Google Form and you will be notified of approval by the Chesapeake Jubilee Committee. Once approved you will need to pay the fee immediately to hold your space.
Chesapeake Jubilee will advertise the event via Facebook and Website and street signs.
Chesapeake Kiwanis club will be operating a food and drink concession for your convenience.
