Synopsis: From their establishment in 2010, Moon Dog have been utilising unconventional ingredients and techniques to brew their boundary pushing beers. From extracting flavour from Tasmanian Black truffles to freeze concentrating beer to sky high ABVs, Karl Van Buuren will take you through some of their more experimental beers and the techniques used to brew them.
