2020-2021 New Student Registration Form
Please complete the following form if you are enrolling a NEW student to the Dallas County R-1 School District. If your child is already enrolled please log into the Parent Portal. Please include all NEW students you wish to enroll at this time. After you complete the form you will be contacted by a district employee with further instructions to complete your child's registration.
**Completing this form does not guarantee enrollment. Your child is not enrolled in our district until all forms are completed and required documentation is supplied and approved.

If you signed up for PreSchool during the Spring 2020 enrollment you will need to log into the Parent Portal and complete the rest of your online registration forms in the Online Registration section.
If you signed up for Kindergarten during the Spring 2020 enrollment you will need to log into the Parent Portal and complete the rest of your online registration forms in the Online Registration section.
1st Grade-12th Grade Students
If your child was enrolled in the Dallas County R-1 School district on May 22, 2020 you do NOT need to complete this form. Please log into the Parent Portal and complete your child's registration forms located in the Online Registration section. Virtual Courses Policy I-160-P
The Dallas County School District provides virtual courses according the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education requirements for Missouri Courses Access Program (MOCAP).
