  1. Entry Deadline (includes having this form submitted by Monday, July 8, 2025 - check must be received by July 26, 2024)
  2. Late submissions will be accepted, but only until July 22nd and there is a $20 late fee for anyone signing up late regardless of status below.

  4. Non Profits - (fee waived) - list name below
  5. Businesses/Political Candidates - Fee is $50 - This is for any commercial, political or business reference. Please note if you wish to be put next to the Democrats, Republics or separate in the Type of Entry OTHER notes field below  
  6. NOTE - For political entries - $50 per vehicle or candidate listed separately
  7. NO ENTRIES WITH SEMI TRACTORS ARE PERMITTED - due to turning constraints
  8. ALL animal units are required to provide their own waste clean up and disposal
  9. Entries are encouraged to support the German Flair on the Square theme of the Strassenfest and must be approved by the Optimist Club of Jasper & 2024 Committee.  You will be notified only if you are not approved.
  10. NOTE - INNAPRIORIATE CONDUCT WILL NOT BE PERMITTED and violators will be removed from the parade.
  11. Line up information will be posted at www.jasperstrassenfest.org by July 25, 2025, and emailed to the email supplied below.
