Join us for the 2024 Annual General Meeting of the Herald Island Residents & Ratepayers Association, where we’ll discuss key community updates, upcoming projects, and important decisions affecting our neighborhood. This is your chance to have a say in the future of Herald Island and connect with fellow residents.

Time: 7pm
Location: Herald Island Community Hall. Ferry Parade, Herald Island
Housekeeping notes:
- An agenda will be sent out to all members in the coming weeks so you know what will be discussed at this years AGM.
- Nominations for Committee Members and President roles will be opened in the coming weeks. Nomination Forms will be sent out to members with the agenda. You will also find the Nomination Form on the AGM page of the Herald Island website under the Events tab. Please read the instructions on the form to ensure any nominations you make are valid.
- When you attend the AGM, and provided you have completed a Membership Application Form and provided your consent, you become a registered member of the Herald Island Residents and Ratepayers Association for the following 2 year period.
- You can become a member on the night of the AGM. Changes to the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 require that we now ask you to complete a Membership Application Form and consent to becoming a member. If you haven't done so already, please click the link above and complete this form prior to your attendance at the AGM.
- There are no requirements for participation in RnR activities beyond the AGM, however we would love to hear your valued feedback as a resident or ratepayer and will be forwarding you any member relevant information and correspondence for your review during the year.
- If you wish to resign as an HIRnR Member, please do so in writing by completing the appropriate form found in the Members Area of the H.I website. Members will be provided with a password to access the member area of the website.
- Please email the H.I Secretary below if you do not have the password to enter the member area.
