After you fill out this order form, we will contact you to go over details and availability before the order is completed. Custom fleeces are $95 + $10 shipping (tax included). If you would like to pick up your fleece please write "Pick up" in the shipping address field at the bottom of this form and select the specific location that you prefer. Please note that we are currently only accepting payment through Venmo or Paypal.
