QuickDraw requires a level, comfortable, approximately 10' X 10' area, away from loudspeakers, with access to 110-115V electricity within 25' to operate lighting and small equipment. Here are a few performance concerns. (Please check ALL that apply.) *

Sponsor/Signage: I display a signboard with hours and rules. On it, I can also write-in a sponsor credit. Please type below any sponsor(s) or underwriter(s) if any you would like to have credited as your caricature sponsor.

(Please Note: Additional formal signage with event, sponsor, or underwriter "branding" is your responsibility.)

Free of charge, your artist will be happy to attach any corner seal or sticker that you may wish to provide.

Simple, low cost options are available for you to print in-house (typically Avery stickers) or to order online directly (ie: VistaPrint or Lightning Labels) allowing you to oversee design. colors and final approval to your personal satisfaction, removing any possibility for misinterpretation or errors.

Please take delivery as "peel and stick" sheets and limit the printed dimension of each seal to no larger than 1.5 inches square or diameter. We recommend making available an average of about 12 seals per artist/hour.

QuickDraw Caricatures will display a sign so people are aware of the scheduled end time. BUT often, there will still be guests who hope to be drawn. How would you like us to handle a possible "overtime" situation? (Choose one) *

Keep the fun going! We pre-authorize QuickDraw to keep going (at the same hourly rate) and we will pay for up to two extra hours or until the line has been served. (We understand that payment in full is due on delivery, cash or credit card accepted.)

We'll see. If our guests are wanting more drawings, we might possibly authorize additional time (in quarter-hour increments at our same hourly rate) . Stop charges when the agreement is fulfilled. BUT, if you wish to continue, we pre-authorize you to directly charge remaining guests a standard retail rate for drawings (or work for tips) at your option.

Stop. We prefer to have QuickDraw stop service when the agreement is fulfilled. So, please establish a line cut-off point and cordially notify our guests accordingly so we don't go over-budget. Thanks.
