A Key Club may nominate one outstanding Key Club member, except those members who are on the District Board or International Board, who demonstrates the determination of Sandy Nininger; a former Key Club member awarded the first Medal of Honor in World War II. The PA District Board of Key Club decides the recipient of this award. A Key Clubber may not write the nomination for him/herself.

Note: The entry must be received by Feb 21st, 2020 by the District Administrator to be eligible. This entry form will not be accepted at District Convention.
