By submitting this form, you are committing to the full semester and accepting financial responsibility for the associated tuition. The non-refundable student registration fee of $100 is due upon receipt of the invoice. Tuition invoices for your selected classes will be sent separately.

As the parent or legal guardian, I agree not to hold The Learning Grove, its owner (Katrina Carleton), employees, volunteers, or property owners liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss. I hereby release and hold harmless The Learning Grove, Katrina and Nathan Carleton and all associated parties from any claims or liabilities that may arise from my child’s participation in the program.
