2017-18 AIA State Qualifier Application
This is to apply have a high school swim event selected as a "qualifier".
Applications must be filled out by the host school's official representative (AD, head coach, etc).

Only meets selected by the AIA and their designees will be considered meets in which a swimmer can achieve a time which qualifies them for the state championship.

State Championship will be November 3-4, 2017

Factors for consideration include, but are not limited to:
- adequate and knowledgeable staffing
- adequate facility and equipment
- number of approved meets already on dates selected

Applications due by August 15, 2017, and must be followed by a submitted meet flyer to swim@aiaonline.org. Meets will be evaluated as applications are received and approved meets will be announced as they are approved.

As the named applicant I understand that the host school is responsible for ensuring that all minimum standards are met for this event. I understand that I must ensure that results are properly uploaded into the MaxPreps website within 72 hours of the completion of the meet, as well as submitting a zip file of the results, PDF of the results, and final meet report to Erin Shields Coy.
