Advocacy Board Application
We are a holistic, community-centered transitional housing community for Chicagoans experiencing homelessness. However, Advocacy Board members are from all over the Midwest and beyond. Our largest cohorts are also located in MN, MI, WISC, and NY. 

The objective of the Advocacy Board is to transfer belief in a shared cause by leveraging our unique skills & networks to accomplish something bigger than ourselves for the good of others.

We do this through:
1) Attending bimonthly board meetings (virtual) to strategize and mobilize around philanthropic initiatives.
2) Introduce the work and impact of The Collective to 12 like-minded people in your network 
3) Commit to investing both time and resources. $100/month is the starting investment level to join.

This form only confirms formal interest in the opportunity and will prompt an interview for further consideration by both parties before making a shared decision to move forward with the decision.
