STEAM Centre Field Trip Request
Would you like to book a field trip at STEAM Centre for your school or group? Please complete this form and we will review it and get back to you within 1-2 days. If you would like to follow up, please email fieldtrips@steameducation.ca.

Please note that our field trip slots book up quickly! So, please be prepared to book well ahead of your desired booking date.

Field Trip Costs for School Groups:
-> At STEAM Centre - $50.00 flat rate + $7.50/child (with a minimum of 15 students) for 1 session - half day.
OR
->At STEAM Centre - $100.00 flat rate + $15.00/child (with a minimum of 15 students) for 2 sessions - full day.
This covers the cost of program design, delivery and any consumables. STEAM Centre staff will consult with educators on consumable costs based on project goals prior to the field trip date.

-> At your school (within St. Thomas) - $125/2 hr session + $7.50/child + mileage
This covers the cost of program design, delivery and any consumables. STEAM Centre staff will consult with educators on consumable costs based on project goals prior to the field trip date.

-> Outside of St. Thomas: $250/2 hr session + $7.50/child + mileage
This includes the cost of program design, delivery and any consumables.

Field Trip Costs for SHSM School Groups and Other Groups:
-> For costs of field trips held for SHSM School Groups and any group other than a school group, please contact us at fieldtrips@steameducation.ca

Please note:
- All trips over $250.00 require a 25% deposit a week in advance from your trip date.
- The number of students attending your trip must be finalized a week before your trip. We cannot change the invoice cost after that date.
