1. Each young person (grades 6 through 12), college student, and adult should submit their own form. Children in 5th grade and younger should be included on the parent's/guardian's form.
2. Young people need to 1) read and sign the agreement on page 2 of the form and 2) have their parent/guardian to read and sign the agreements and medical information on pages 2, 3, and 4.

Registration Fee:
Adults: $180
College students: $140
Young people: $100
Child (age 6 and up): $80
Child (under the age of 6): No fee
Note: Families with more than two children or young people only pay for the first two

While we always do our best to accommodate housing requests and preferences, please note that we may not be able to honor every request, due to housing constraints and considerations such as caring for those with certain medical needs.
