DBE SAFETY SUGGESTION FORM

WHAT IS A SAFETY SUGGESTION?

(1)  It is any suggestion that aims to improve safety conditions in the laboratories and workshops at the Department of the Built Environment (DBE) Location: SDE2 Level 1,2 & 3, SDE4 Level 2 and 3

(2)  It can include how to correct an unsafe act or condition, how to improve housekeeping, etc.

(3)  It should be new and original.


HOW DOES IT WORK?

(1)  All Students and Staff from the Department of the Built Environment are eligible to participate.

(2)  Members in the Safety & Health Committee are restricted from participation due to conflict of interest.

(3)  The Safety & Health Committee will review and evaluate the safety suggestions every six months (Last day of Jun and Dec).

(4)  Participant who proposes the best safety suggestion will get a NTUC voucher worth $30.
