Take note:
  1. Dancers or Parents/Guardians are required to provide one calendar month’s Written Notice if they wish to terminate their agreement;
  2. Termination Forms are available on CF Els Dance Studio’s website;
  3. Dancers or Parents/Guardians agree to ensure that, upon termination, all fees due are fully paid up;
  4. Class Fees are non-refundable.
