TalkLife Beta Code of Conduct
We ask all of our volunteers to sign up to a code of conduct. This sets out what we expect of you as TalkLife volunteers. Please read this carefully.
As a TalkLife volunteer I agree to the following:
To work within TalkLife's policies and procedures and accept the aims and objectives of the organisation.
To perform my role to the best of my ability and to follow the TalkLife guidelines.
To ensure that what’s said inside TalkLife stays inside TalkLife-confidentiality is important.
To ensure that anything (bugs, new features, changes) found in the beta builds are kept within the TalkLife Beta Tester community. These things need to remain confidential. - we want to keep some things as surprises!
To test the builds with methods allowed by TalkLife. I will not use scripts, bots, or any automatic testing methods. I understand that I will not get any server, source code, or api access.
To remember that I represent TalkLife - even if I am on a different platform.
I will let the team know if I need to take a break, or am going on an awesome holiday or if I need to stop my role for any reason.
I am willing to undertake appropriate training and be committed to my learning and development
I will join and participate in the TalkLife Beta Team slack team and be part of the TalkLife community (including but not limited to sending GIPHYS).
I will not abuse the volunteer position and status I have been awarded.
Beta builds do not carry any guarantee to be error free, and therefore may carry bugs that potentially could harm your device. I acknowledge this risk, and am happy to proceed.
Don't engage with individual TalkLife users around beta testing-if someone wants to talk testing send them to
I will have fun and enjoy myself and remember how awesome I am to be a TalkLife volunteer!
I agree to this code of conduct and am ready to start being a TalkLife Beta Tester.
