TrioFest 2026 Vendor Application
I appreciate your interest in participating in TrioFest 2026! This year's vendor selection process is as follows:
  1. Vendors will be notified that they were selected to participate via email.
  2. Vendors will receive a contract and invoice for their participation.
  3. After the contract and invoice payment is received, the vendor will receive an email confirmation.
  4. Your vendor spot is not confirmed until your receive a vendor confirmation email. 

Vendor Application Timeline:
  1. Vendor applications go live in January 2026.
  2. Early bird applicants, those who applied between January 1st & February 28th, will be notified in March.
  3. The next wave of applicants will be notified in May.
  4. The last wave of applicants will be notified by July 1st.

2026 Vendor Fees:

  • Refundable Cleaning Fee $150
  • Food Vendors $600
  • Non Profit/Service - $150
  • Retail $250
  • Pastry/Delicacy $300
  • Double Space - Double Price
