Ss. Cyril Life Teen & EDGE Registration for Parents
Welcome to Ss. Cyril and Methodius youth ministry! Our goal is to support you in raising the next generation of Catholic saints. We seek to provide dynamic, engaging youth ministry that will help your teen grow closer to Christ. Thank you for the privilege of ministering to your teen.

This form allows you to register up to THREE teens for Edge and/or Life Teen. If you have more than three teens, please fill out and submit the form a second time. This form covers permission for Edge and Life Nights ONLY. All other retreats, events, or trips require additional registration forms. As well as online registration, we also have a paper option. Both registrations are equally binding.

Teens must be age 11 by Dec. 1st of this year and in 6th grade to participate in Edge. and age 14 by Dec. 1st of this year and in 9th grade to participate in Life Teen. If teens who are not eligible are found at Edge or Life Teen events, parents will be called to pick them up.

Life Nights are most Monday evenings and Edge are most Thursday evenings during the school year. Please email the youth minister or check the parish bulletin for the exact Life and Edge Night calendar.

Please contact Alexandria Lewis, the youth minister at (586) 641-7672, edgecyril678@gmail.com or lifeteencyril912@gmail.com with any questions. We look forward to serving your family!
