We are a professional organization of corporate gender strategists.

We serve as a bridge between women and workplaces and by providing resources, such as best practices, research-backed tools, consulting, and training partners. We help companies and other organizations address recruiting, retention, and advancement of women in leadership and operational roles.

(Note: We are not a law firm or a legal referral service. We help companies with climate issues well before they turn into legal issues.)
