A winner will be chosen at random from all eligible correct entries in the previous month where the final mark was greater than 7 out of 10 on the first day of each month.  In event of any dispute the judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Winner(s) will be notified via email within seven days of the draw. Jane Austen Ltd shall have no liability for Winners’ failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winners cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within thirty business days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as may be required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Multiple entries by the same entrant will be rejected.

The Winner of this campaign (the “Winners”) will receive a £10 gift voucher for the Jane Austen Online Gift shop, valid for a period of 6 months after the draw date. No cash alternatives will be offered. No purchase is necessary to win. Purchase does not enhance chance of winning. This contest is void where prohibited.
