Toledo School District Meal Order Form- FOR STUDENTS LEARNING AT HOME ONLY (on-campus meals do not require an order)
Please complete one response for each child. ONLY ONE FORM PER CHILD. This form should be submitted no later than 6 p.m. on the Sunday prior to the week you are ordering for. You may order for multiple weeks at one time. You do not need to wait to order for a future week. This system will stop collecting orders at 6 p.m. on Sundays and reopen for orders by 9 a.m. on Mondays.
