Welcome back to our loyal studios! And to those of you who are new, welcome! At Step Up, we want to support studio owners however we can! With your RSVP and deposit, you are automatically enrolled in our Perks Program!
Here's how the new system will benefit you:
1. RSVPs will require a deposit for each competition ($150 per competition) -- that way no one is going to take your spot without actually being committed.
2. With your RSVP and paid deposit, we don't actually need to collect your routine registrations right away. A simple estimate will do. This gives you time to get organized and count up your soloists. We will have registration open by October 1 through DanceEra.
3. Payment will be deferred until 30 days prior to competition. We know that other competitions are requiring half, or even full payment upfront before you've even had a chance to START collecting fees!! With your deposit, your payment is deferred until you've had time to get those collected.
4. Information on our other perks will be sent to your email -- some information is just for our loyal directors. ;)
So if you're ready to claim your spot at this year's Step Up Competitions, please proceed! Upon receiving your RSVP, we will send you an invoice for the deposit, and a confirmation that your spots are secured. Take that weight off your mind for now, and we'll chat again in October!
