Pricing for all events is based on the location requested, dates and times of use, staffing required and the campus services and equipment requested.
Almost every LSCC space is rented by the half day (4 hours or under) or whole day (4-8 hours). The length of each rental begins when our doors unlock and the first person arrives and ends when the last person leaves and the doors lock.
Example: A two hour social event that requires our doors to open a two hours prior to guest arrival for setup and two hours after for clean up is a 6 hour event. That is a "whole-day" event.
GCC expects that external users pay for all staffing, maintenance and supply expenses incurred related to their event regardless of the requesting organization's profit status.
