Learn basic sourdough bread making skills.  This class will cover how to feed and care for your sourdough starter, see all the steps of sourdough bread making, and learn other ways to use your sourdough starter. During class sample sourdough bread, scones, desserts and focaccia.  Leave with a starter, recipe cards and the confidence to make your own sourdough goods!
Khepri Kitchen + Coffee will have wine, drinks and non-alcoholic available for purchase. Enjoy any of their cafe drinks or bites during this workshop! Please arrive 15min early to purchase your sip of choice!

Class cost of $50 covers all supplies, including informational packet, recipe cards, a starter, and several samples during class, including follow up email and videos. No need to bring anything! Payment can be sent via Zelle, Venmo or cash the day of.  Please indicate which you'd prefer. Drinks or bites are not included in the workshop price. *
