Apply for a coach

We are delighted that you have landed on this page to apply for a coach. We are able to offer six free monthly coaching sessions to leaders across the movement. If you’re enrolled as part of the Leadership College cohort, and would like a coach for a season you can access four sessions depending on team capacity.

Privacy Statement

As part of the Vineyard Churches UK & Ireland (VCUKI) coaching programme it will be necessary for us to collect and use certain information about you. This may include your name, home address, e-mail address, phone number, your occupation, and the church that you attend. This information is collected for our legitimate interest to facilitate the provision of the coaching programme to you. Your details will be held securely by VCUKI in accordance with UK data protection laws and only shared with authorised staff, volunteers and contractors in the management of our systems and delivery of the coaching programme.

If you are accepted onto the coaching programme your VCUKI coach may collect additional information about you that is of a sensitive nature. This type of information is known as ‘Special Category Data’ under UK data protection laws. Such information will be treated with utmost confidentiality and respect for your privacy. It will only be recorded and used, by your coach in their work with you. The information may be recorded in paper form or in digital files and will be held securely by your coach and VCUKI.

Because this information is categorised as sensitive, VCUKI requires your consent in order that our coaches can collect and use this information about you. Please read the statement below and check the box to confirm your consent. Please note if you do not give your consent to the collection and processing of this information, then it may not be possible for VCUKI to provide coaching services to you.*

*I hereby consent to Vineyard Churches UK & Ireland collecting, processing and holding special category data about me that I share with my coach as part of the VCUKI coaching programme. This may include information about my health, religious views, race, ethnic origin, political opinions, sex life and/or sexual orientation. I understand that this data will form part of the confidential notes created by my coach and will only be used by my coach in provision of coaching services to me. The information will not be shared with other individuals, except where I give explicit consent for the data to be shared, or in circumstances where the coach has a legal duty to disclose information that has been shared with them. For example, in the case of known criminal activity or to safeguard the interests of children or adults at risk.
