TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

All players on your team need to pay the individual fee online by November 6th in order to be guaranteed to receive a game shirt. There is no set team fee. Cost is $55/player if submitted on or before October 31st. Cost increases to $65/player beginning November 1st. Please direct your players to the Charlotte Turkey Bowl Website to pay (www.charlotteturkeybowl.com).

Multiple stand-alone tournaments will be running throughout the day (you can play in more than one tournament). There should be at least 7 players on your team in case of injury and/or last minute conflicts. Most teams will end up with 8-10 players.

Level 2: have some good athletes but only a few of us play flag football on a regular basis, might struggle against high level teams but definitely capable of being competitive

In the unlikely event of an emergency, accident, injury or illness, I hereby give permission for the coaches, and/or officials to seek appropriate medical attention for all players. I acknowledge that all players on my team have full medical coverage and each is responsible for any and all costs of medical attention and treatment incurred by participating in the Charlotte Turkey Bowl. I and all my players release and forever discharge Legacy Sports, Ministry Alliance, Unpackin' it, Charlotte Soccer Association, CSA OrthoCarolina Sportsplex, and all other participating organizations along with their staff, officers, agents, employees, sponsors, representatives and successors from any and all claims and liability of any kind of personal and property damage arising out of participation in the Charlotte Turkey Bowl.
