Become A CW Volunteer
Our work:
One decade after the adoption of ICCPR and ICESCR in 2009, our work has expanded from the Two Covenants to the other international human rights treaties, namely CEDAW, CRC, CRPD. We also strive to adopt Implementation Acts of the other human rights treaties of which the Implementation Acts are yet to be adopted in Taiwan. Moreover, Covenants Watch is also one of the major organizations dedicated to the establishment of a National Human Rights Institution (NHRI) in Taiwan, and to urging the Government to comply with its human rights obligations.

Our daily tasks:
Although we can often be spotted on many occasions, the staffs at the Covenants Watch Secretariat, spend most of our time in our office on doing research, planning workshops or lectures on human rights issues, writing and producing human rights education materials, and translating international human rights documents and papers to make them available to the public in Taiwan. In addition, Covenants Watch proactively takes part in various different issues and events of other NGOs.

Become a volunteer:

As an independent NGO, Covenants Watch also needs the participation of volunteers who can assist our work. If you share the passion towards our goals and are willing to support us to promote human rights, we gladly welcome you to become a long-term/short-term volunteer at Covenants Watch!
