Tato přihláška slouží k přihlašování na všechny oznámené akce sekcí ČMPS v roce 2026.
Své údaje vyplňujete jen jednou a ze seznamu akcí si vyberete to, co Vás zajímá.
Pokud není uvedeno jinak, akce se koná prezenčně v Praze.

Abychom se v případě potřeby mohli s Vámi spojit, prosíme v první části o uvedení Vašeho emailu. Údaje, které zapíšete, Vám budou zaslány pro Vaši kontrolu.
Přihlášku prosím považujte za závaznou. Pokud nebudete moci přijít, resp. se připojit online, prosíme o zprávu (cmpsy@cmpsy.cz).

This application form is used to apply for all announced events by the CMPS Sections in 2026.
You only need to fill in your details once and choose the event you are interested in from the list of events.
Unless otherwise stated, events are held in person in Prague.

In order for us to contact you if necessary, please include your email address in the first section. The details you enter will be sent to you for your review.
