DSOC Season 11 Audition Form
Thank you for your interest in auditioning for our Season 11 competition team.  Please fill out this form in its entirety.  Please fill out one form per dancer auditioning.  Audition cost is $50 per dancer and will be charged to the account on file prior to the audition.

If you do not have an account, please head to our website and create an account to sign the waivers prior to auditions.

The Season 11 DSOC audition will take place at the studio Saturday August 22nd.  We will start at 9am sharp and end at noon.  Attire is all black fitted dance wear with a slicked back pony.  Please bring all dance shoes including hip hop if you plan to audition for that. You may also bring baggy clothes to wear for hip hop. More information to follow.

If considered for a solo/ duet/ trio please note that we will not be taking requests for instructors.  All staff, including Michele will make the best decisions based on which genre/ solo instructor/ opportunity we can provide.  Studio space and time is limited.  We appreciate your patience and understanding that we may not be able to accommodate every dancer.
