Thank you for your interest in the 9th Annual Crucian Coconut Festival - Sunday, December 7, 2025.

We encourage all vendors to feature a product that incorporates coconut in some way. We also ask food and snack vendors to only use biodegradable plates, cups and serving utensils in an effort to be socially responsible.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Vendors need to ensure compliance with all local laws. This includes permits for your business, Fire event permit and Department of Health event permit. Additional fees need to be paid directly to the agencies. Certificates/receipts are required to complete application.

Fire Permit - for ALL vendors $50.00 each, regardless of whether you are selling food or not. If you are doing an activity, the fee is $200 per vendor

Health Event Permit - for vendors serving or preparing food

Power Fee - $25 - for vendors requiring the use of electricity on site.
