What this volunteer position entails
As a mod, you are responsible for a lot of things, and it is at first very overwhelming. However, we train you, and we work as an organized team to ensure our subreddit is welcoming and modded well.

You will do the following:
- Read and respond to modmail from users. If you are not comfortable responding, that's okay.
- Respond to questions from other mods. We are a TEAM, and we value your opinion!
- Make sure posts follow the rules. Approve or remove posts.
- We have templates for everything to make your time as productive as we can!
- Respond to reports. Sometimes this is easy and sometimes you need to call in the mod team.
- Direct users who privately message you about modding items to modmail.
- Most mods have a "project" they manage, such as the monthly free pattern, the monthly competition, the featured artist, etc.

Time commitment is up to you. We request you check modmail at least once a day. Most of the team checks in periodically throughout the day for 5 to 10 mins at a time.
