Call for applications - Training of Trainers in Theatre methodologies
Creative Development Center with with Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung South Caucasus Regional Office is pleased to announce call for participants from Azerbaijan for our regional program.
The main goal of this project is to strengthen regional organizations in the targeted regions, through innovative tools, in order to support building mutual trust and participatory decision making culture among different sectors. To achieve this goal, we have defined following objectives:
-To support local organizations to engage local population through innovative tools, such as forum theatre and Labyrinth theatre
-To increase trust among different stakeholders through local meetings empowered by innovative tools
-To foster discussion around Urban planning among interested stakeholders
We are looking for participants from Azerbaijan, who have experience in facilitation and who will also have a chance to be trained in the method of Forum theatre and Labyrinth and be able to implement local actions through the methodology. The goal is to strengthen Civic Participation in Azerbaijan and to introduce some new creative methods to local activists via not sensitive topics, such as Urban planning and city development.
Kick off meeting - May 13-16
Implementation Phase - June-August
Final meeting - October (Dates to be confirmed)
The kick off meeting will serve as training of trainers, where implementation phase will also be planned. Trainers will have a chance to practice new skills and methods during this phase by organizing local theatre meetings in their own cities.
those who will successfully finish implementation phase will be invited to the final meeting in October.
You can apply if you are:
- Aged 18-35
- Have some experience in holding and facilitating trainings
- Are interested in creative methodologies
- Are able to participate in the whole program
