Hello TLC families. As we continue to try and plan for any and all scenarios, TLC needs your input.

While we do not know what specific requirements or recommendations will be in place when we plan our normal return-to-campus date of Monday, August 3rd, 2020 it is helpful to get a sense of how our students and families feel about our return. Please take a few minutes to complete this survey.

Please know that as of this time, we have not made any final decisions but are working with the hope that all students return to campus on August 3rd but are planning ahead in case the situation changes.

Your feedback is valuable and helps us plan for our return. Classes will certainly look different but our staff and administrators are developing ways we can continue to educate our students while providing a safe environment for all. Thank you in advance for your participation.

We would like to know what your current preference would be for your children for the return to school in the fall. Please check which option you would select at this time. We understand your preference may change in the next month or two but what are your feelings today? *

I would send my child back to school in August.

I would consider a blended option that allowed my child to do virtual classwork two or three days a week and go to school for face to face instruction in smaller groups two or three days a week.

I would select a full-time virtual school option.

If TLC created Blended School Options that include some virtual schooling and some face to face instruction on a special schedule to allow for smaller classes, I would prefer the following option: *
