Big Sky High School Transcript/Immunization Request

This form is for current or previous students of Big Sky High School to request their transcripts. If you are a school or other business looking for records, email mcheyney@mcpsmt.org or call 406-728-2400 ext. 8030.

NOTE: MOST COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES WILL NOT ACCEPT OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS VIA E-MAIL OR FAX. THEY MUST BE MAILED AND SEALED BY BSHS. It is your responsibility to provide the SCHOOL NAME and COMPLETE ADDRESS to mail the Official Transcript. IMPORTANT: Verify the address where your transcript needs mailed. Incomplete requests may be delayed in order to verify mailing information. Please make sure you allow for extra time if record needs to be sent by mail.

Any final transcript requests for individuals 18 (at time of graduation) or older need to be requested by that individual. Transcripts will not be released to parents of a former student without their permission. Final transcript requests for current seniors will be mailed out at the completion of the school year.

All requests are currently processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation from mcheyney@mcpsmt.org when your request has been processed. Please make sure to check your spam folder in the event you do not see your confirmation in the above mentioned time frame.
