Lateral Flow Testing
In order to break chains of infection the government have asked that we carry out asymptomatic testing, that is testing those that are not displaying symptoms of COVID-19.

Your child will be required to swab their nostrils. If you feel they would need support you may attend to assist them.

We require your consent for your child to take part in this testing. If you have more than one child at our schools you are required to complete a separate consent form for each of them.
