- To be a food entrepreneur with an operating company at any stage of growth. You need to actually be in business – not just armed with a great business plan.
- Have a business challenge or two that you’d like to discuss, in public, with our panel of food business experts.
- Be ready to share details of your business in order to express the challenge with enough information that the panelists can provide actionable feedback. No trade or recipe secrets need to be shared, but we ask that you be open and generous in presenting the challenge to make it valuable for all participants.
- You are committed to and following the Slow Money Principles of good food businesses.
