***Please read the following information carefully before submitting your application***
Each successful applicant will be asked to commit to a minimum of 9 hours volunteering over the course of the festival (including set-up and break-down on Thursday 13th June and Sunday 16th June). Volunteers will be entitled to one (non-transferable) weekend pass to Woollinn, one official t-shirt, and one festival tote bag with some goodies inside.
Successful applicants will be asked to register details of their availability via a scheduling app (available on iPhone, Android and Desktop). If you have a Workshop booked then you will be able to note that time as unavailable on this App.
There will be a compulsory training session for all volunteers in advance of the event, either on the afternoon of Sunday 9th June or the evening of Weds 12th June. We expect this session to last approximately one hour. Please do not apply to be a volunteer if you don't think you will be able to attend the training session.
We regret that not everyone will be offered a volunteer role this year, but please don't be discouraged from applying again in 2020. As the festival grows we are sure to need more hands on deck each time!
***Closing date for applications: 13th February 2019***
