Please let us know if your current student has a sibling who would like to join us in the next school year. Complete one form per new sibling.

In order for your incoming Kindergartner to have a guaranteed spot (and for 1st through 6th grade siblings to be in the priority sibling lottery), this form AND the District Open Enrollment form must be completed by December 1st (Open Enrollment Round One Deadline.)
