STAR Bank PAC Event Information Form
Fill out this application to provide us details regarding your future rental of the STAR Bank Performing Arts Center! After completion, a STAR Bank PAC representative will reach out to you with a cost estimate and contract for your event.

We are currently accepting rentals through August 1st, 2022. If you are interested in a rental that would take place after August 1st, 2022 please email us directly at zpac@zcs.k12.in.us.

Note: This event application is informational in nature and does not in any way constitute an agreement between your organization and the STAR Bank Performing Arts Center or Zionsville Community Schools. Submission of this application does not in any way guarantee or confirm that a rental or usage of any property owned by Zionsville Community Schools will take place. All rentals of the STAR Bank Performing Arts Center are subject to the approval of the STAR Bank Performing Arts Center Director as well as Zionsville Community Schools administration.
