GDC will be hosting the Global Diaspora Assembly on Saturday 17 December 2022 from 2pm to 3.30pm (UTC/GMT). It is a celebratory moment to recognize the importance of Diaspora Organizations that step up for their diasporas across the world.


The high-level annual meeting on Humanitarian Assistance will be hold on Tuesday 13 December from 4pm to 5pm (UTC/GMT) during the Global Diaspora Week 2022, to introduce the Global Diaspora Humanitarian Hub for Diaspora Organizations.  


GDC Working Definition of Diaspora Supportive Organization

Diaspora Supportive Organizations include but not limited to international organizations, governmental agencies, non-governmental organizations, research institutions and private sector that work with or are interested in the work of diaspora organizations and diaspora communities.
