Course Fee Payment
Payment can be made via Credit Card, PayNow or PayLah ONLY.
Payment must be received in full 3 working days before commencement date.
Head of Organisation's Approval
All applications sponsored by organisation are to be supported and approved by the HR Manager/Director or Head of Organisation prior to the submission. In situation where support and approval the organisation is found unauthentic, participants will not be entitled to funding and will be requested by CyberQuote to pay full course fees.

Withdrawal and Refund Policy
For withdrawals, the following conditions apply (except if participant's withdrawal is due to medical reasons supported by medical certification):
a) On or after date of commencement - No refund
b) Before course preparation email is sent out by CyberQuote (2 weeks before course commencement) - Full refund of amount paid
c) After course preparation email is sent out by CyberQuote - No refund; individual participant/ endorsing organisation has to pay full 100% course fees to CyberQuote

Replacement and Absence
Replacement of attendance is strictly NOT allowed . There is no make-up lesson if participants are absent from the course unless a medical certificate (MC) is submitted. Participants who fail the IBF assessment are entitled to resit the MCQ & Practical Test only once.

Changes and Cancellation
CyberQuote reserves the rights to make changes to a course programme, date, time and venue, or cancel a course due to unforseen circumstances. Every effort, however, will be made to inform participants as soon as possible of the change. For cancellation of courses by CyberQuote, fees received will be refunded in full.

Certification
A certificate of completion will be provided.
CyberQuote reserves the right to update the terms and conditions from time to time as necessary
