First Course covers cooking skills, knife stills, professional kitchen basics and traditions, food safety, and soft skills like job seeking strategies and interviewing practice. And, we are committed to guiding all graduates to curated job leads that set them up to pursue their goals and long-term success.
First course runs from 9a to 3:30p, Monday through Thursday for 3 weeks. First Course is currently free for students.
Our next session is not yet scheduled, but will likely be in April or May of 2018.
