Vendor is solely responsible for collecting and reporting sales tax, as well as for safeguarding any merchandise or materials presented within Vendor's booth. Neither the Heart of the Horse, its staff, nor the Kirk Fordice Equine Center or its staff, will be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any Vendor items presented for sale or exhibit at the Heart of the Horse Expo.
