How would you like to contribute to the success of the 2026 Raydiant Awards? *

You may choose up to three volunteer options.

USHER - Help guests find their seats, provide programs, and ensure everyone feels welcome throughout the event.

STAGE HAND - Assist with set changes, help coordinate the movement of props, and ensure everything is in place for each award presentation.

GREETER - Be the first smiling face guests see as they arrive, provide information, and guide them to the event areas.

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT - Assist the production team with event logistics, coordination, and support during rehearsals and the show.

GUEST RELATIONS/SUPPORT - Help guests with inquiries, assist with special accommodations, and ensure a smooth experience from arrival to departure.

SOCIAL MEDIA/CONTENT CREATOR - Capture moments from the event for our social media channels, assisting with live updates and sharing highlights.

HOSPITALITY ASSISTANT - Help set up and manage catering areas, provide assistance with refreshments, and ensure the comfort of attendees.

BACKSTAGE ASSISTANT - Support presenters, performers, and awardees backstage, ensuring they have everything they need before going on stage.
